Burlingame Boho Condo

This project is a full remodel of a 2 bedroom condo in the San Francisco Bay Area. We refinished every inch of this condo. The kitchen was fully enclosed with a small doorway, so we decided to open the kitchen further to increase flow. All black cabinets were implemented with gold hardware to create a modern moody kitchen. The dining room had a glass wall that we scrapped and replaced with a board and batten wall (paneling) that we then painted with Farrow & Ball Hague Blue paint. When the dining table was delivered we noticed the shade of wood was slightly off from the dining chairs. I took 4 days to sand the table and restain to the exact shade of the dining chairs.

For this project I collaborated with ED by Ellen, the furniture brand founded by Ellen Degeneres, and used only lighting and rugs from ED by Ellen. They featured this condo remodel in their design magazine and on their Instagram page.

I implemented a smoky wallpaper mural in the master bedroom as well as pinstripe wallpaper in the secondary bedroom. Both bathrooms were fully remodeled with modern matte black fixtures/hardware.
